Home Appliance Repair
Southwest Las Vegas & Henderson

Check your lease first: many make appliance repairs the landlord's responsibility. If your landlord or property manager asks you to arrange it, book as usual and include their contact details. We can explain the diagnosis to them before any work is approved and send them the written description of the repair.

A few quick things: make sure the appliance is plugged in and the breaker hasn't tripped, and for gas ranges and dryers, that the gas supply valve is open. After a monsoon outage, switch the breaker off for a few minutes and back on to reset the electronics. If the problem continues, or you smell gas or burning, stop and call us. Don't open sealed refrigeration systems, gas lines or live electrical panels yourself.

Not necessarily. The water here is very hard, and that film is usually mineral residue. A rinse aid, a monthly dishwasher cleaner and a clean filter often fix it. If the film comes with poor drying, standing water or an error code, scale may have reached the heating element or spray arms, and that's worth a service visit.

More often than you would somewhere less dusty. Desert dust plus lint builds up fast, especially on the long vent runs in two-story and attached homes. Fire safety agencies list failure to clean as a leading factor in dryer fires. If loads take longer than they used to or the laundry room feels hot, have the vent checked.

Only what any visitor would. Add gate codes, guest-list instructions or a building contact to your booking notes, and tell us about any HOA rules for service vehicles or work hours.

We answer the phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Same-day appointments are available, and booking earlier in the day improves your chances.
