We answer the phone 24/7, so you can reach us before opening or after close. Same-day appointments are available, and the earlier you call, the better the chance of a slot today. Tell us when your slow periods are and we'll aim for those.

We manage rental units. Can you deal with tenants directly?

Yes. Give us the tenant's contact details and any access instructions, and we'll schedule with them. We'll explain the diagnosis to whoever needs to approve the work, and the written description of the repair goes to you for your records.

Why do commercial refrigeration and ice machines struggle here in summer?

Condensers reject heat into the surrounding air, and in a hot kitchen or a back room during a 110°F afternoon there's little room left for that. Desert dust on the coils cuts efficiency further, and hard Lake Mead water scales up ice machine evaporators and water valves. Regular coil cleaning and water filtration go a long way.

Is there a warranty on commercial repairs?

Yes. Parts we install carry a 90-day warranty and our labor carries a 30-day warranty.

Do you service short-term rental properties between guests?

We do. When a dishwasher, washer or refrigerator fails in a short-term rental, the turnaround window matters. Let us know your next check-in when you book and we'll work to fit the repair in before it.

Keeping Equipment Running in a Desert Climate

Commercial kitchens and laundry rooms already run hot. Add a Las Vegas summer and refrigeration condensers, ice machines and dryers all work closer to their limits. A few habits make a real difference: keep condenser coils free of the fine dust that settles everywhere here, leave clearance around equipment so it can breathe, and clean lint traps and dryer ducting on a schedule rather than when something smells hot.

Water is the other factor. Valley water is very hard, and the minerals settle in ice machines, dishwasher heating elements and washer inlet valves. Filtration and periodic descaling help. During monsoon season, outages and surges can leave electronic controls confused, so if equipment misbehaves after a storm, a full power cycle is worth trying before you call.
