How We Diagnose and Communicate
We start with the model and serial number
Two refrigerators that look identical can use different control boards, fans or valves depending on their production run. We identify your exact model and serial number before ordering parts, so the replacement matches what the manufacturer designed for your unit. We use genuine OEM parts when they're available.
We explain the repair-or-replace numbers
After diagnosis you'll hear what failed, what it takes to fix it and what that costs, along with an honest view of the appliance's age and overall condition. Sometimes the sensible answer is a new appliance, and we'll tell you that. You decide; nothing gets replaced until you approve.
You get the work in writing
When the job is done, we give you a written description of what we found and what we did. That record matters for warranty questions, for landlords and property managers who need to know what happened in a unit, and for HOAs that ask.
