This policy explains how ProFix Appliance Repair Las Vegas (“we,” “us”) handles personal information collected through this website, our booking form, phone calls, text messages and the appliance repair services we provide in the Las Vegas Valley, Nevada. It is intended to serve as the notice required of website operators under Nevada law (NRS 603A.340).

When you visit our website, request service or communicate with us, we may collect the following categories of information, including “covered information” as defined in NRS 603A.320:

- Service address, including street, city and ZIP code
- Phone number and email address
- Appliance type, brand, model and serial number, and a description of the problem
- Preferred appointment dates and times, gate or access notes, and any landlord, tenant or property manager contact details you give us
- Technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics tools
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, and we do not collect payment card details through this website.

- To schedule, confirm and carry out your repair appointment
- To contact you about your service request, including by phone, email or text message where you have agreed
- To order the correct parts for your appliance and to handle warranty questions
- To keep records of the work performed
- To understand how our website is used and improve it

4. Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with the following categories of third parties, and only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers that host our website, run our scheduling and customer-management software, deliver email and text messages, and provide analytics
- Parts suppliers, limited to appliance model and serial details needed to order parts
- Landlords, property managers or HOAs, when you ask us to coordinate a repair with them
- Legal and safety recipients, when required by law, legal process or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, staff or others
- A successor business, if our business is sold or reorganized, subject to this policy
5. Cookies, Analytics and Third-Party Tracking
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites. You can limit this by blocking cookies in your browser or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Our website may also display embedded content, such as maps, that is subject to the provider's own privacy policy.
6. Data Security and Retention
Information you submit through our website is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we take reasonable measures to protect it, consistent with NRS 603A.210. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however. We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide our services, honor warranties, keep business records and meet legal requirements.
7. Reviewing and Changing Your Information
You may ask to review the personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is inaccurate, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law or for warranty purposes. You may also opt out of marketing messages at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details in section 13. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. Nevada Residents: Your Right to Opt Out of a Sale
Under NRS 603A.345, Nevada consumers may direct a website operator not to sell covered information that the operator has collected or will collect about them. We do not sell covered information, as “sale” is defined in that law. You may still submit a verified request at any time, and we will honor it if our practices ever change. Send your request to the email address or phone number in section 13, or see our Do Not Sell My Personal Information page. We will respond within 60 days of receiving a verified request, or within the extended period allowed by law if we notify you that more time is needed.

10. Text Messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, ProFix Appliance Repair Las Vegas may send you:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Technician on-the-way and arrival updates
- Invoice or payment links
- Replies to questions you've sent us
Message frequency varies with your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes, and agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase.

11. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

When we make a material change, we will post the revised policy on this page with a new effective date, and where appropriate we will add a notice on our homepage. Continuing to use our website or services after the change is posted means you accept the updated policy.
