ProFix Appliance Repair Las Vegas does not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We collect information to schedule and carry out the appliance repairs you ask for, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Nevada Residents

Nevada law (NRS 603A.345) gives consumers the right to direct a website operator not to sell covered information it has collected or will collect about them. Even though we do not sell covered information, you may submit a verified opt-out request at any time. We will keep a record of it and honor it if our practices ever change. We respond to verified requests within 60 days, or within the additional time allowed by law if we tell you we need it.

Residents of Other States

Some states, such as California, give residents a right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Because we do not sell or share personal information in that sense, there is currently nothing to opt out of, but you are welcome to send a request and we will confirm our practices to you in writing.
