Hotpoint Repair Near Me in Enterprise & Mountain's Edge, Clark County, NV

No. We're an independent repair service, not affiliated with Hotpoint. If your Hotpoint appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, check with Hotpoint first; once it's out of warranty, we diagnose it by model and serial number and use genuine OEM parts when they're available.

Possibly. Manufacturer coverage usually runs from the original purchase or closing date, often a year on most parts and longer on some sealed-system components. Check the manual or the product registration site. Once that coverage is gone, or the failure falls outside it, ProFix can take the repair.

If it's within the warranty period, contact the manufacturer first. If coverage has expired or the failure isn't covered, book with us. Write down the code along with the model and serial, since many front-loader codes point toward a specific component and speed up the diagnosis.

Plan on yearly cleaning as a minimum, and shorten that if lots on your street are still being built or the dryer runs every day. Signs it's due include loads taking longer than one cycle, a hot cabinet or a humid laundry room. A vent cleaning service with roof access can clear the full run.
